“Ecolno’a” (EcoCinema) strives to influence the Israeli public and to shape its environmental and social awareness through motion pictures and visual arts.

In order to broaden awareness concerning environmental issues among the Israeli public, in 2011, the ”Ecolno’a” organization established the International Environmental Film Festival.

The “Ecolno’a” Festival serves all the environmental organizations in Israel. It functions as a social initiative, while generating a significant amount of income by distributing films and lectures. “Ecolno’a” works to promote ties between environmentalists and environmental issues, and Israel’s cultural scene. Among the organization’s supporters are actors Moshe Ivgi, Riki Blich, musician Eran Tzur and comedian Avi Nussbaum.
